What effect is imposed on a user that I just robbed?
There is a limit that you can rob off any single user. Each time you rob the same user, you will get less reward. Once the limit is reached, you will no longer be able to rob the user.
I purchase a Robbery list. What is the effect of refreshing it? Do I have to buy the list again to get more users to show up on the list?
If you buy a new list, it will replace the old list.
